Time Sensitive CSS Switcher is done dynamically on the server - no Javascript.

The site was born for my own amusement.
I created a site to vew a panoramic view of the webcams, then realised it would be good to add a bit of style to it and release it on the web.
Feel free to leave comments on my Glastonbury Festival Photo-Blog which I will be updating live as I am at the festival, from my phone.
